A PROPOSED RESOLUTION IN THE COUNCIL OF THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA

To confirm the reappointment of Mr. Duane Wang to the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board.

RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, That this resolution may be cited as the "Alcoholic Beverage Control Board Duane Wang Confirmation Resolution of 1998".

Sec. 2. The Council of the District of Columbia confirms the reappointment of:

Washington, D.C. 20001
(Ward 2)

as a member of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board, established by section 4(a) of the District of Columbia Alcoholic Beverage Control Act, effective May 24, 1994 (D.C. Law 10-122; D.C. Code §25-104(a), for a term to end May 7, 2002.

Sec. 3. The Council of the District of Columbia shall transmit a copy of this resolution, upon its adoption, each to the nominee and to the Office of the Mayor.

Sec. 4. This resolution shall take effect immediately.
