| Councilmember Kathleen Patterson Councilmember Carol Schwartz Councilmember Adrian Fenty Councilmember Phil Mendelson Councilmember Jim Graham A PROPOSED RESOLUTION IN THE COUNCIL OF THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA To disapprove CA15-162, the proposed Addenda for 77 P Street, N.E./64 New York Avenue. RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, That this resolution be cited as "77 P Street Addenda Disapproval Resolution of 2004." Sec. 2(a) Pursuant to section 451 of the District of Columbia Home Rule Act, approved December 24, 1973, (87 Stat. 803; D.C. Official Code §1-205.51) and pursuant to D.C. Official Code §2-301.05a, the Mayor transmitted the proposed Addenda to the Council for review and approval. (b) The Council disapproves CA15-162. Sec. 3. The Secretary to the Council shall transmit a copy of this resolution to the Mayor upon its adoption. Sec. 5. This resolution shall take effect immediately. |
