A PROPOSED RESOLUTION IN THE COUNCIL OF THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA

To confirm the reappointment of Mr. Lynn E. Cunningham to the District of Columbia Housing Authority Board of Commissioners.

RESOLVED, BY THE COUNCIL OF THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, That this resolution may be cited as the "District of Columbia Housing Authority Board of Commissioners Lynn E. Cunningham Confirmation Resolution of 2002".

Sec. 2. The Council of the District of Columbia confirms the reappointment of:

Mr. Lynn E. Cunningham
3403 Ordway Street, N.W.
Washington, D.C. 20016
(Ward 3)

as a public member of the District of Columbia Housing Authority Board of Commissioners, established by section 12 of the District of Columbia Housing Authority Act of 1999, effective May 9, 2000 (D.C. Act 13-254; 47 DCR 1325), for a term to end July 12, 2002, and reappointed for a full 3year term to commence thereafter, ending July 12, 2005.

Sec. 3. The Council of the District of Columbia shall transmit a copy of this resolution, upon its adoption, each to the nominee and to the Office of the Mayor.

Sec. 4. This resolution shall take effect immediately.
