Dear Neighbors:

Meet the new boss, not the same as the hold boss.

For the next few weeks, I'm handing over the reins, reigns, and Raynes of dc.story to Carl Bergman's able hands. Ezines typically last only 18 months, probably because their moderators burn out or just fade away. I intend to do neither...but a vacation every now and then is advised. So Carl will be moderating dc.story for the next several weeks. You'll like Carl. He was my first choice. He knows more about the nooks and crannies of this city than I ever will.

As for me, I would love to talk, but my daiquiri is in danger of melting.
