Whoops!

Dear Neighbors:

I was afraid this would happen one day. Just as I was about to send out the latest issue, my email program crashed and lost everything. My apologies. I'm surprised it's taken this long for disaster to strike.

If you sent in material for posting, I would appreciate it if you'd dig into you out box (or your out house) and send it to me again.

I'll be traveling for a few days so the next issue won't come out until the middle of next week. I'd like to read your comments about the President's "plan for rescuing the District." I've made up my mind about the plan--and now will read it to see if my "mind" is correct.

Again, my sincere apologies for dumping the issue. All is really lost! But we'll just move on in our linear way.

Whoops,
Jeffrey Itell
