Congratulations. There are now 27 of you signed up for dc.taxes. Not a bad start. I'd like to put out the first posting next Tuesday. So why don't you send me your comments on where this discussion should head, what are the major issues people are concerned about, ground rules for discussion and posting, and whether we should cc: the IRS and DCRA.
