Make dues checks payable to D.C. League of Women Voters. Because we lobby at the local, regional, and national levels, membership dues and other contributions to the League of Women Voters are not tax-deductible. Tax deductible contributions (apart from dues) may be made to the League of Women Voters Education Fund; these funds are used for FACTS and ISSUES publications and other non-lobbying education projects.
