WHAT SEAN HAGGINS INTENDS FOR THE COMMUNITY:

• Rehabilitation — Ex Offenders, Drug and Alcohol Abusers, Victims of Domestic Violence, etc.
• Prevention — Alcohol/Tobacco Advertisements, Teen Pregnancy, Juvenile Delinquency/Violence, etc.
• Education — Reform for at-risk youth, Revamp the Public School System, lengthening Before and After Care Programs, etc.
• Employment - Higher Minimum Wage, Job Training, Summer Youth Employment Programs, etc.
• Health — HIV/AIDS Awareness, Promote Abstinence, Better Balanced Nutrition, Consciousness of Cancer, High Blood Pressure, Diabetes, etc.
• Public Safety — Higher Visibility of Police, Tougher Sentences for Violent Criminals, Community Policing Programs, etc.

FOCUS: Elimination of Control Board, Commuter Tax, Return of Home Rule, and Full Representation in Congress.

GOAL: Most Comprehensive, Convenient, Educated, Healthy, Spiritual Body, Community, and Government for the FUTURE.
