Supports representative government from each ward on the Board of Education and the Council of the District of Columbia.

Supports “Home Rule” and champions no control by the Federal Government.

Supports the “Civil Rights” of citizens to live with a government, of, by and for the people.

In Ward Seven, supports the building of new homes of quality construction and long lasting value. Renovation of vacant apartments and homes.

Joining citizens to urge and impress upon the youth, the great danger of the loss and health and life, that comes from drug use and chemical addiction.

That citizens who lose citizens citizens because of criminal activity; receive penalties of Justice, not suffer the penalties of what is the crime of “criminal justice”.

Supports a more alert Alcohol Beverage Control Board to enforce the laws against under age drinking.

If the D.C. General Hospital is forced to close, I will work to guard against any discrimination that may occur against the poor in Washington's private hospitals.

Supports the continued grown and vitality of the University of the District of Columbia and the development and building of a residential college campus.

Supports due increases in salary for all D.C. employees.

Supports and demands the immediate repair of all trucks and busses from the accumulated surplus of the balanced budget of the District of Columbia.

Supports the end of the patrol, of the Board of Control, that has our Rights, on parole.
